Forced displacement and politics of avoid illicit grows

Abstract

As the war is intensified in Colombia, the mandatory displacement is increased basically of the rural civil population, which has been affected by the territorial dispute of the different armed actors, as well as for the agrarian crisis. Nevertheless, the mandatory displacement presents particularities that they respond to the different historical developments of the regions as well as to specific problems. Such it is the case of the areas of illicit grows on which the politics of mandatory avoid is implemented. In order to exposing some implications of this politics, just as the mandatory displacement, between one of their consequences, It is intends to observe through a specific case, the department of the Guaviare, the causes that originated the installation of the illicit grows, as well as the actions or omissions of the State in front of this problematic.
