Abstract

The cult and ritual to the aragonese saints Nunilo and Alodia migrated in early Middle Ages to Navarra and later on, to Andalusia (S.XV). In a parallel way, their relics followed the diffussion of this devotion. A second movement of migration leaded some andalusian groups, in the XX th century, to several big capitals far from their villages: Madrid, Valencia, Murcia and Barcelona. These groups developped their ancient rituals and devotion to the Saints as a central part of their heritage and at the same time, they reformulated the new environment in order to fit the new landscapes with their common memory.
