The residential market in l'Hospitalet, a municipality of the metropolitan area of Barcelona

Abstract

This article analyses the structure of the residential market in l'Hospitalet, a city of the metropolitan area of Barcelona, during the decade of the ninety. And sample as the extension of the net of the metropolitan railway from the metropolis to the contiguous municipalities has modified substantially the status of this city. The new centrality acquired by the municipality has urged the value of the soil and it has modified substantially the residential market. At present the type of the housing of new plant promoted in the municipality contrasts with the worker housing built in previous decades.
