Abstract

This investigation analyze the constitution of new productive spaces, oriented by the capital mobility and its expansive and accumulative strategies. We have started it by a bibliographic review related to the alterations occurred in industrial sector for the last two decades, focusing on the flexibility of production; the intensification in use of microeletronic technology and its unfolding, such as the migration of big corporation units to new geographic spaces; the companies reorganization and their relations; and the new methods of work exploitation This characteristics will be found in the study of case about the installation of a Siemens unit, in the town of Irati, producer of eletric components, used in luxurious cars. This town is characterized by limited industrial experience of this nature. The analysis reveals particularities only found in the coexistence of different production organization systems, and the link between them is the improvement of the work strength exploration, constituting permanent challenge to the theories which pretend to built analysis models of industrial dynamics.
