A worker's geography of the professional formation: outlines of an ontological and geographical explanation of the labor world

Abstract

The professional formation is a of the principals preoccupation of the public policy management and the employer, in Brazil this is a usual theme to justify, among other things, the crescent unemployment, relegating the responsibility to the self worker, so the syndicate are called to collaborate in the effort of technical formation from labour. Expressionning the dispute in syndicate middle, this effort is place in the uncritical collaboration to the capital proposition and restricted intervention in the process, reserving some conceptions of professional formation gestated at the syndicates. At the various significations that reveal this practice, are detached the glimpse of instruments from territorial intervention of capital about the worker territory.
