Abstract

The work`s cooperative is a way where rural workers organize themselves and administrate their energies with bigger power in the market, to reach better conditions of work, specially in situations where they are totally or particully devoid of the rights respected to work. While self workers, by the social assistance of the cooperative, the associates can better adapt the benefits of the labour reached to their priority needs. However, in order to answer all these needs, it`s necessary for the organization to have a development of a communication process and cooperative education in work`s cooperative, with the beginnings and values of the cooperativism, to have an effective participation of the associates in the management of the enterprise.
