Problems in the creation and development of new "gisements" or areas of employment

Abstract

The object of this paper is to study the problems that appear in the creation and development of firms called new "gisements" or areas of employment. Several difficulties could be considered but we will analyse those which links to financial needs. First of all, we will study the principal characteristics of this type of firms, and later we will analyse the different financial ways they can choose nowadays. Being conscious of the significance that this kind of firms have in the development of local economies, ad as consequence in searching social welfare, we will observe some experiences of alternative financial ways that can be used in future actions.
