New ways to work for the educator facing up to the new high education models

Abstract

The incorporation of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) into high education environment has allowed to introduce new different kinds of asynchronous education models. This new models have given rise to the virtual campus. Virtual campus are living next to traditional educational models. Educators faces up the challenge of teaching at the same time at synchronous/asynchronous models. We are living many changes into the University Institution in relation to many changes at the socio-economic environment: information digitalization increase, computer tools banalization,… We seek to identify advantages, disadvantages and incorporation of ICT global impact about the learning work at the high education. We seek to make deeper about transformation from educator to tele-educator
