Abstract

The present work tries to analyze the most representative characteristics of the Roman Domus combining them with the place that occupies inside the urban development planning of the Roman cities, doing special support in the preserved ones in the Baetica. There come analyzed both the juridical aspects (condition of the citizens, condition of such) and the different types of urban groups. Realized this scheme, the Domus is analyzed as report of the urban development planning and key piece of the sphere of the personality of the citizen as integral report of the Ciuitas.
