Abstract

In this study, the author analyse the housing problem in Spain and her relationship with the increase of population for immigration. The migration effects in the housing market. The housing problem of the recent immigrants and the type of their houses, with special attention to the differences and resemblances between the actual migration wave and the episode of the sixty and seventy decade.
