New Prepositions of Project in Social Interest Areas: A Glance Over the Special Areas of Social Interest in Natal

Abstract

In the areas of social interest formed by slums or low income areas, the production of habitational units has been occurring through the improvement of the existing edifications, being necessary the elaboration of special rules for the accomplishment of the specific propositions of growing, opening, thus, the perspective for the elaboration of projects with special features. The reading of the occupation patterns of the areas of social interest in Natal, allows us to understand the logic of forming and expanding the web, according to which it is possible to build new propositions for the elaboration of projects based on the insertion of building in existing and consolidate context.
