Rio de Janeiro: two worlds in one only place. Boarding of the violence from the daily mobility

Abstract

This paper considers the quarrel on the carioca residential spaces detaching the question of mobility in the quotidiano and the violence from comments and interviews of inhabitants, as much of townships as of closed condominiums. These spaces that seem opposing are boarded working the tension between homogenization process and heterogenization from the every day practices of displacement from the space of the residenceto the space of the work, comercials services and consumption, leisure etc.
