Abstract

Latin American migrants are guided by interest to get better their way of life in border cities of American society in the Mexico-USA border. They build homes and neighborhoods to integrate to physical space that makes receiving social space. In migrant’s home underlies the ambivalence about the walking point and staying pretentious creating urban facts carried by ephemeral meanings that are paradoxically staying in the material city fabric. The foreseeable tension between established power and recent unstable neighbor creates practices and perceptions that distinguish border cities that now are explored to see the building of complex transitory of identity about architectural and urban in a dual space.
