Abstract

The development of mobile telecommunication has experienced and incredible rising which has meant the increase of mobile-phone nets and meaningful increase of electropollution and social perception of the risk associated to these infrastructures. State legislation has not solved the social and environmental impacts produced by such mobile-phone nets. Social and ecologist actions have forced some autonomus communities to establish more strict prevention laws and more restrictive levels of exposition to the people. A European Law is made necessary to be used as a real instrument to make the development of mobile telecommunication compatible with public health.
