Abstract

The computerized agriculture is adopting an important inertia in developed countries, but the advances also begin to be implemented, although, in a differential way in other territorial contexts. In Brazil, the new information and communication technologies are differentially being incorporated in function of their use. The approach suggests radical modifications in the agricultural activity, while the brazilian panorama denotes different stadiums in terms of its implementation, as well as many challenges, especially in terms of the nascent rural digital divide.
