Abstract

The emergence of the cyberworld territory [1992-2004] is giving way to renovated relations between politics and economy. The empowering potentials of immaterial production and networking -anonymity, freedom of exchange and mobility, appropriation of the means of production and webcasting, open source -, is opposed by the alliance of states and capitalism with regulation, that accounts both for government of people and management of things, and deals with localization and identification of individuals, control of power, and production of scarcity.
