Virtual structures of accumulation and cibercities: of the territorial structures to the virtual structures of accumulation in the capitalism contemporary

Abstract

The objectives of this article are: to evidence as the technological innovations, that are occurring in the cities submitted to the logic of the financial globalization, they influence in the development and in the change of the industrial cities for the cibercities; to analyze the interference of these innovations in the composition of the activities and the transformation of the territorial structures to the virtual structures of accumulation; to demonstrate as the cities they had acquired new forms of composition of the capital and territorial centralization, associates to the new arrangements of management and operational command. In this direction, this research discloses that the advent of the cibercities and the formation of virtual structures of accumulation tend to consolidate a new territorial dynamics that modifies and intervenes with the arrangement of the productive spaces of the cities in planetary scale.
