Factores que determinan el proceso de exclusión de los barrios periféricos: el caso del Puche (Almería)

Abstract

One of the most important characteristics that present the cities is the presence of areas and excluded communities. The exclusion process is not an arbitrary phenomenon, but rather it obeys the fork of a series of factors. The neighbourhood of the Puche that an example of deteriorated area, where several factors that has caused this situation have converged: political forgetfulness, residential deficiencies, ethnic composition or informal labor market. This way, the main objective of this text is to locate to the neighbourhood inside the stadiums that R. Castel (1997) proposes in the continuum exclusion-inclusion to explanation the situation and to have an analytic convergence that can guide studies and later performances in the social work, like in the applied sociology.
