Abstract

The European Landscape Convention (2000) recaptures an classic idea of landscapes that includes both objects and perceptions. Accessibility becomes in this view an indispensable condition as well as an indicator of fragility for any landscape. With these premises, and taking into account that subjective approaches are conditioned by objective issues, a series of identitary appreciation of landscapes of Sierra Morena are presented, highlighting pictorical and literary standpoints. The objectives of this article are to enjoy, making others enjoy and protect those landscapes demoted by globalising homogenisation.
