Abstract

It’s studied the level of functional disconcentration, as a product of the physical expansion of the national capital city, treating it with respect the changes of urban distribution profiles, such as analized it through the continuous dynamics of dispersion of services from the traditional center (CBD) to new peripherics locations, which are formed as results of a progressive movement of migrations within the city, that’s classified as concern to the center - peripherical type course. It’s supporting that distance enlargements had promoted the functional diversity (or variety) of land use condition and the creation of “inverted centralities”, nonwithstanding underlying questions with regard to the possibilities of some contributions resulting from new models of territorial development on reduce dependencies since central city.
