Resumo

The government of Bogota, according to the parameters of the norm that regulates the land planning in Colombia is in the process of review and adjustments to the Land Use Planning approved in the 2000. This process according to the same norm and to the principles of the government of the city should be done with citizen participation. It has been a complex exercise in which have participated different actors with proposals according to a determined model of city. In this sense, the paper analyzes the role performed by the technicians, the citizens and the private sector in the review of the Land use planning.
