Resumo

In the segregated and fragmented urban space are materialized the processes carried out by different agents as they are determining the formation of the different areas. Bahía Blanca, medium size and intermediate city, has shown large changes in economic structure, in conjunction with national and global processes, with considerable impact on the organization of the local territory. Segregated territory with large marginal areas contrasts with prestigious residential areas and new types of developments that have been consolidated in recent years. The differences in quality and availability are also evident in the case of consumption and recreation areas. For the significance of their interventions, is important to highlight the participation of interested local management regarding activities related to urban practice. In recent times, some projects have been presented and they are in consideration from local government and community agents.
