This research aims to explain, from the perspective of the geography of cyberspace, as the operations of government agencies cybersecurity and the actuation of global industries surveillance and espionage mass, are affecting economically the technology companies and threatening the credibility of the system of Internet governance in the USA. The actions of these agencies and companies are contributing to destroying ethical values enshrined as the privacy rights, the freedom of expression and political organization on the Internet. Thus, this research aims to contribute to the broader debate that stimulates the search for new principles and new practices in defense of human rights and the Internet.Downloads
