Abstract

This study aims to analyze quantitatively the academic literature on heritage in the major online journals of Geography. In order to emphasize the importance and growth that the subject obtained in recent years, the trial took place around 14 most relevant journals classified as Qualis CAPES A and B, from 2000 to 2014. Therefore, it was possible apprehend that the thematic of heritageis gaining more prominence in geography journals.
