Multi-scalar guidelines on access to and use of digital technologies in education

The digital technologies (TD) are currently constituted in tools relevant to economic and social development, since they are considered the means to access the information society. Faced with this scenario, different actions have been proposed that guide countries in the adoption and diffusion of digital technologies (TD) in the different spaces of daily life, especially in education. Colombia has not been outside this objective, reason why its interest in promoting the use of the TD has increased in the last years.
