B-MINCOME is a pilot project aimed at mitigating the condition vulnerability of 1,000 households in the areas around the low course of the river Besòs in Barcelona. It is designed to improve their socioeconomic condition and increase their employability, as well as to generate income. Among its goals, there is that of finding the best way of walking out of poverty and social exclusion.
