Abstract

This article aims to probe the context of the Cold War in the Balkans that the second installment of the franchise of british agent 007, From Russia with Love (Terence Young, 1963), evokes: a difficult context in an unparalleled geo-strategic crossroads where the characteristics of a bipartisan distrust world materialized in a special intensity of mutual espionage between the two great powers and their allies in the area.
