Creadores de estilo en el arte medieval
Abstract
A reflection on the role of the creators of style in the Middle Ages is based on considerations regarding style as a historically determined phenomenon and style as part of historical events. Apart from the concepts of artist or artisan, or of their peculiar symbiosis, it is interesting to highlight the existence of artistic thought, which substantially changes the work of the artist. One should consider the period of general stylistic evolution, but without ignoring individual initiative. The strong attraction of ancient art as a classical style and its relationship with Gothic art are useful in discussing other fundamental aspects of the creation of Medieval styles.Downloads
