Abstract

By consulting documentary sources unpublished till now, we can firstly clarify the genealogy of the most important lineage of ceramicists in the Catalan Baroque: the Passoles. Secondly, we put forward some channels of future research related to the field of the majolica in the Mediterranean, and at the same time we reconstruct the prevailing system of work in the ceramic workshops in Catalonia.
