Abstract

The article presents a series of new and detailed interpretations of Dalí’s work based on the text on the phenomenology of disgust, written by the Hungarian philosopher Aurel Kolnai. This work had a great influence on the artist’s thinking when it was published in the Revista de Occidente in 1929.
