This research paper is based on the notion that there is a tension between capital and labor which constitutes labor relationships. Within this tension, there are two key elements which are in dispute: salary and work conditions. In this regard, we analyze the open and manifest actions of labor conflict by online delivery platform workers in the cities of Rosario and Santa Fe (Argentina) during the period of strict confinement. Every action of labor conflict is approached on the basis of three central ideas: 1.- strikes, 2.- the sanitary tent set up in protest in Rosario and 3.- the position taken by workers during the gastronomic business owners’ “blackout”. We also analyze the type of response given by the different spheres of the State to the claims and actions performed by the different participating actors.
