This study is dedicated to the analysis of the phenomenon of inclusivity in modern society with a particular focus on the spheres of education and language communication. The work examines the theoretical foundations of the inclusive approach, its manifestations in various social institutions, and its impact on interpersonal interaction. Particular attention is paid to the language component of inclusion, namely, an analysis of the possibilities and limitations of the Russian language in creating gender-neutral forms. The study demonstrates that the synthetic nature of the Russian language creates certain difficulties in forming inclusive language constructions. However, an analysis of modern language practices allows us to offer innovative ways to achieve gender neutrality.
