STEFANO RODOTA IN MEMORIAM
Abstract
En su inmortal opúsculo De los Delitos y de las Penas (1764), Cesare Bonesana, Marqués de Beccaria, milanés rico y de antiguo linaje, se expresó acerca del derecho de propiedad llamándolo “terrible, y quizá no necesario derecho” (pág. 189 de la edición española de Trotta, Madrid, 2011); una circunstancia que en mi memoria viene siempre asociada a la persona y a la obra del admirable jurista italiano Stefano Rodotà, fallecido ayer [el 23 de junio de 2017].
