Abstract

El análisis del paro de masas actual nos remite a medio siglo largo de la historia económica española, desde el Plan de Estabilización y el colapso económico del último franquismo, porque supone un nivel de partida elevadísimo y persisten algunas de sus causas principales. En particular, la incapacidad de superar la articulación periférica del sistema económico español con el europeo, por cuanto implica que el crecimiento económico y la creación de ocupación sean insostenibles por problemas endeudamiento externo. Así se comprueba en las coyunturas del Plan de Estabilización, la crisis de la Transición democrática, la integración acelerada en la Unión Europea, el boom reciente y la crisis actual.
