Abstract

One of the main objectives in the establishment of protected spaces is maintain and favour the development of Natural Landscapes. This aim can be reached by means of the analysis of all the variables which have taken part in the dynamic of the processes of the landscape regeneration. This must be considered from a global perspective and with the integration of the protected areas in a wide territorial planning and not only like a simple result of a territorial bipolarization. Human activities are considered as a key point to understand the recent dynamics of the protected landscape, from a historical as well an actual perspective. It is necessary to understand that the protected areas are the result of the natural and the human activities and the actual changes are conditioned by the history and by the management of the protected areas.
