Abstract

"Learning to learn" is one of the most frequent "buzzword" slogans heard when the new educational system is talked about. Now it must stop being just a slogan and become a daily reality in primary and secondary schools. Access to knowledge and information has changed: documentation sources and resources available go far beyond the geographical limits of the classroom, extend their range of action and generate an enormous volume of data which makes the development and improvement of research, selection and synthesis abilities necessary. New information and communication technologies (ICT) have helped us in the whole process of opening education centres to the world. In this report we wish to present nuke portals, an automated news system conceived to be used in Intranets and Internet, which allow the management of contents in a dynamic and interactive way.
