"ARA: Journal of Tourism Research" announces the call for submissions for Volume 14

Following the recent acquisition of the FECYT Seal by the Ministry of Science and Innovation, "ARA: Journal of Tourism Research" is opening the call for a new volume to continue contributing to the dissemination of knowledge in the field of tourism and its relationship with the territorial environment in which it takes place.

For the upcoming volume, "ARA: Journal of Tourism Research," researchers from any academic discipline are invited to submit their contributions to scientific knowledge with the potential to open new areas of interest in the journal's scope:

• Challenges and opportunities related to smart management processes of the tourist territory.
• Collaborative models and intelligent governance in tourist organizations.
• Personalization of tourist experiences at the destination.
• Digital and technological transition in tourist destinations.
• Cybersecurity and tourism.
• Emerging technologies for tourism management.

However, special attention should be given to the following aspects:

- Contributions with a clear and appropriate academic structure, demonstrating a scientific orientation through rigorous and detailed methodological processes, will be valued.
- Including a discussion on the results obtained about the theoretical-conceptual frameworks underlying the research will be taken into account.
- Original and unpublished contributions based on experiments and essays will be valued, with a preference for these over case studies.
