Abstract

Rural abandonment situation have caused the improvement of different theories and policies that aim to these areas development. As a maximum expression of these migratory processes we find the existence of uninhabited cores over vast zones of Asturias. Internet, as a politic and social worries kaleidoscope, takes care of the institutional and social anxiety and the countryside return cultural tendency. Both kinds of actuations, which consequences have been appreciated in the latest years and try to broach our society and time problems, are able to reach new and reasonable territory conceptions and original ways to inhabit it.
