ECCSS journal is committed to gender policies that lead to real equality in our society between women and men through the following actions:

• Editorial participation. This journal seeks to achieve a balance in the percentage of women and men who make up the Editorial Team, as well as the people who carry out the review of the articles.
• Use of inclusive language. We recommend the use of inclusive language in scientific articles.
• Sex and gender in research. It will be required to report whether the original data from the research takes into account sex, in order to allow the identification of possible differences. Inclusion in the article of the full name of the authors of the works it publishes.
