绿色创新驱动全球化:安琪酵母从初创企业到世界级制造商的纵向案例研究

摘要

在全球市场竞争日益激烈的背景下,以中国为代表的新兴市场企业在其成长过程中展现出显著的业绩差异。许多企业在初创阶段能够迅速崭露头角,但维持长期增长的稳定性却显得尤为困难。因此,实现可持续发展已成为新兴市场企业面临的一项紧迫任务,而绿色创新被视为解决这一挑战的有效策略。本文基于资源基础观的视角,选取安琪酵母企业为研究对象进行纵向案例研究,将安琪酵母的发展历程细分为三个阶段:初创期(1986-2000年)、成长期(2000-2010年)和成熟期(2010年至今),探讨安琪酵母如何从一个小型初创企业成长为全球酵母行业的领军企业。研究发现,安琪酵母在不同的发展阶段利用其独特的资源进行绿色技术创新、绿色产品创新、绿色管理创新、绿色营销创新、绿色供应链管理和绿色组织文化建设,不断推动企业可持续发展,也为安琪酵母带来显著的竞争优势,并为其在全球市场中的领先地位奠定坚实基础。本研究丰富了基于资源基础观的新兴市场企业演化研究,也为理解企业成长过程中绿色创新的作用提供了新视角。
