Abstract

Education is crucial for the allocation of freedom of choices and autonomy by assigning the real dignity of individuals. The understanding of scientific and technological advances favors the reduction of harmful socio-political-economic-cultural inequalities among citizens in the population. In this proposal, there are thematic examples of bioethics and biosafety issues docent’s use in educational approaches at secondary level school. Teachers can choose and adapt the themes transversally, according to institutional indications, their experience and perception, considering time, ages, regional characteristics and reality of their students.
