In this work we will examine the limits that the Law imposes on the availability of reproductive cells. With this we intend to clarify, for example, with respect to oocytes, what limits the Law sets on their mobility; what types of limits are; and what reasons justify its imposition. The result of this examination will allow the reproductive cells to be presented as a very special object, the provision of which is strongly limited by the Law.
