Abstract

At the end of the century XVIII the distribution of water to the city of Tarragona was a true problem. The teachers of houses and architects had to find solutions for take the water and transport it to the capital. Moreover, the architects would think most ingenious solutions to alleviate the effects caused by excess water. Due to lack or excess water was always one of the most controversial of the minutes of the meetings of the council of Tarragona.
