Abstract

This article makes an analysis and synthesis part of the vast legal production to solve the conflicts than often erupted in the distribution and management of scarce water in the Aledua’s irrigation ditch, among up users and down users of system, based on however, in the documentary series deposited in the Municipal Archive of Alginet (A.M.A.).
