The manuscript Vaticanus latinus 3274 contains in its folio 111 verso a singular epigraph from the hand of its copyist, at least partial, in honor of the owner Parthenius Minutius Paulinus. The inscription could be inspired by the Hypnerotomachia Poliphili, which would show that the content of this work was perhaps already known before its publication in the intellectual circles of Rome and more specifically in the immediate surroundings of Pomponio Leto.
