The fulfillment of the objectives of quality demanded by the EHEA, require a methodological renovation of university education, and advance in the implementation of new methodologies, in our case, in the legal sphere. This work shows a teaching experience in which efforts have been made to incorporate a new methodology to legal studies: methodology of gender. This methodology should be to produce and interpret legal norms incorporating the genuinely feminine values to the set of values of the society. Provide students the techniques of legal reasoning that lead to the interpretation of rules with methodology of gender, leads them to understand how the legislator and, in particular, the Constitutional Court, handle the concepts, rules and principles using criteria of gender equality.Downloads
