Abstract

Since the 90s the global growth of clinical legal education has known a great prominence of human rights clinics. This paper attempts to provide some clues about this extension and the reasons for its growing beyond the primacy of public international law. This success has been based on a methodology of teaching and learning that combines the original clinical vocation of social service with training of the skills required by current legal services market, having a social impact vocation focused on the effectiveness of Human Rights.
