Proposed model for the teaching of procedural law

This study aims to realize a model for teaching procedural law. After reviewing the main difficulties in teaching this particular subject, a particular teaching model is presented, firstly, in its philosophy, and after that it is developed what it has called three-phase method. Of the three aspects of the educational system postulated a detailed development takes place, to finish addressing some specific requirements arising from the intrinsic peculiarity of this presented teaching procedure.
