The legislative framework adopted in Spain for the implementation of the Bologna Process has failed to ensure the effective inclusion of gender studies in the Degrees in Law by including it specifically in the different legal disciplines, especially in Constitutional law, which maintains a clear gender bias, breaking in an evident way the prediction of the European Union of adding the gender perspective in new studies in accordance with the European Higher education Area. For this reason and to comply with law, proposals for a curricular design are offered of the matter of Constitutional Law with gender perspective, with the goal of mainstreaming gender analysis as an epistemological field and analysis methodology in the teaching of Constitutional law, integrating thus in an effective way the fundamental right to equality between women and men and prohibition of sex discrimination in accordance with the provisions of the European legal framework and constitutional Spanish.
