Abstract

This article exposes, from a theoretical approach, the potential impact of future Comprehensive Law on Equal Treatment and Non-discrimination occur in the field of Spanish education system, limited to its effects on so-called sex classes and  economic resources, and more especially with phenomenon of "separation of the sexes" as Educational model implemented in most of colleges and educational institutions. Under an observation of the main actors involved and their importance in the educational function, has drawn a critical analysis of competing interests and their possible integration. The conclusion discerned not establish a reasonable balance of positions but the evidence shows that the objections and reservations provided should be taken into account by the legislature to further adjust the status of the regulatory issue that this draft picks and get a better consensus the regulatory basic.EscucharLeer fonéticamente
